Return Request Time
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure you initiate your return request within this timeframe to be eligible for a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The product must not be a non-returnable item (see below)
Returnable Items
You may return items if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product doesn't match its description
- The product is past its expiration date
- You changed your mind (product must be unopened)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Food products that have been opened or consumed
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Personalized or customized products
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return an item:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Include clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Wait for return authorization from our team (usually within 2-3 business days)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the return address provided
Return Shipping
Defective or Wrong Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
Changed Mind / Non-Defective Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- You will receive an email notification about the inspection results
- If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed
- If rejected, we will explain the reason and return the item to you
Refund or Replacement
After approval, you can choose:
- Refund: Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- Replacement: A new item will be shipped within 3-5 business days
- Store Credit: Credit can be used for future purchases
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, flavor, or variant:
- Follow the return process above
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Or contact customer service for assistance with direct exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by us
